In 2016, Inlands Marketing and Design was approached by a Real Estate Technology company (SFREP), a leading provider of real estate appraisal software. Since then, Inlands has played a pivotal role in the success of SFREP’s new installations numbers, which has resulted in increased sales, happy customers, and staff. Establish New Logo for the Rewrite of Appraise- It called Appraise-It Pro.

For Appraise-It Pro, we created a logo that features consistent branding colors and a modern font and icon design. Subsequently, to match this style, we refreshed all of the icons throughout the program.

Brand New Website

We developed a modern website, that was

also mobile-friendly, to provide an enhanced user experience for appraisers. It provides a comprehensive array of features including a video library and training calendar. We incorporated

the latest technologies to ensure the website meets our custormers' needs and exceeds their expectations.

Google Ads Management

Google Ads management can be a complex and time-consuming process, but it's one of the most effective ways to reach your target audience. We've been managing SFREP's Google ads since 2019 and have shown a great increase in installations over the past few years.

Social Media & Live Webinars

According to Twitter, “82% of people feel more confident about a brand after seeing it in a live video.” For webinars, Facebook reports that “70% of people say they would rather watch a video about a product than read about it.” Inlands has leveraged these two outlets together to reach new and old customers with quality and engaging content.
